Contact and enquiry details you submit through the site's forms (name, phone/email, budget, timeline, message, and, for sell enquiries, property details); ROI Calculator inputs, which are processed in your browser and are not stored unless you separately submit them via an enquiry form; and standard technical data (such as IP address and browser information) collected automatically by the hosting and backend infrastructure described below.

3. Legal basis and applicable law

This site operates under UAE law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Data is processed with your consent (submitting a form) and for the legitimate business purpose of responding to your property enquiry.

4. Where data is stored

Enquiry and listing data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication and Storage), operated by Google Cloud. Data may be processed on servers outside the UAE as part of Google Cloud's standard infrastructure. No separate analytics or advertising cookies are currently in use on this site.

5. How data is used

To respond to your enquiry, provide the property information, valuation, or investment analysis you requested, and — where you've agreed — to follow up about opportunities that match what you're looking for. Data is not sold to third parties.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to service your enquiry and maintain business records, and can be deleted on request (see Section 8).

7. Your rights

Under UAE PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to further contact at any time.
